The attached "line" has an outline and fill.

This is a handy thing. I have copy-pasted this line and manipulated it for new work often.

It would be nice, though, to know how to make one.

I am facing problem in using print preferences for my HP Laserjet P2035 printer while printing through CDGS x7.2. There is no problem in using print preferences while printing through MSOffice2007, CDGS x6, etc. Error message is attached below.

Hi Friends,

I need suggestion to get rid of problem with “256 shades of Gray” color palette after altering the position of white (Gray255) at the top. Position of white in the palette goes to end after restarting the CDGS x7.2. Which was no problem in x7.1 or even in x6, x5. I desperately need Gray0 and Gray255 for every job at initial stage. This problem makes Draw x7.2 simply useless at the moment.

Hi Friends,

The Edit Fill (Uniform) dialogue box using Shift+F11 doesn't go off after pressing the Esc key. I see the problem as it is from the initial release of CDGS x7 and even persistent with the CorelDraw x7.2 & PP x7.2. It's quite annoying. Pls. confirm.

Hi Friends,

Pls. suggest the possible solution for dealing with the full screen preview mode in CorelDraw x7. The charm of customising desktop colour becomes futile when we use full screen mode for preview using F9. It takes custom desktop colour on the full screen page background. In my opinion it should retain the default page colour as a background for full screen preview unless the page background is opted for. We loose the previewing functionality for the desktop colour. As expected it does not preview objects placed on the desktop in full screen preview mode, then why should it take its colour.

Ok I gone over everything and searched everything and cannot get this fixed. I have CorelDrawX5 installed with all the latest patches. When I try to click the print button it instantly closes. I can view the print preview and I can select the printer in print setup. But when I click the print button it closes. I also have CorexX3 installed and NO PROBLEM. I can print easily so I know its not the printers or the OS. I am using Windows XP. I have two printers installed via USB cable. I can print from any office program or the internet and CorelX3 but not Corel X5. I have trited to remove and reinstall, this did not work. I have used the "recover" on the install disk but that not work either... I am about my end on this and Corel would like $30.00 for support and they wont even talk about it without the money... HELP

Hello

I do have problem with my newly installed CorelDraw X5. Before X5 we used Corel 12 in our company.

I have project file (150 MB) with lots of text, bitmaps, vectors - about 100 pages. File opens but I can't save it. I always get OUT OF MEMORY error. I even tried to divide this file into 2 smaller parts but still doesn't work.

What I noticed - Corel X5 after clean start (without opened project) takes about 80MB of RAM in task manager. When I open project usage changes from 80MB to 1,2GB. While saving it takes 1,6GB of RAM and it crashes.

To compare - Corel 12 and after opening same project file Corel 12 takes much less of memory - about 770MB and it works without problem.

Where from comes this memory usage difference? Any solutions?

My PC:

Windows 7 - 32bit

4GB of RAM

Intel Core2Duo 2 x 3.0GHz

700GB free space on drive C:

Please help. I've read milion other posts about corel memory errors and noting workes for me :( I have no hope :(

I'm regularly setting up my machine by giving it a fresh install.

Today, CorelDRAW X6 notified me that I can not install it to my new installation because the maximum number of installations has been reached.

How can I have this Maximum Installations Counter reset?

Currently the only way to reach Corel support is by buying a support ticket. But I refuse to pay to get a service I've already paid for.

Any help is appreciated.

My color palettes in CorelDRAW X4 are all dull looking. When I import a bright colored graphic, the color comes out looking muted. How can I fix this issue?

Hi all. I haven't been around much since the sign shop closed last october. I do have a bit of freelance work now and then. I purchased a new lap top in the spring. Haven't really used it because I am intimidated by Windows 8. But my husband just got laid off so now I REALLY need freelance work. I want to get coreldraw x6 but I don't know how to know 32bit or 64 bit because I am totally clueless to what that even means. i now have x4. I had x5 briefly at the sign shop but absolutely hated it. I think i read somewhere that on my new computer i can't use x4. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi there.

I was wondering if someone could help. CorelDraw X5 crashes for reasons I just can't get a handle on. There are crashes that I get but I'm wise to X5 and usually get around it. However, I get crashes (usually four or five a week) that simply don't add up. I don't know where else to turn and this is my livelihood. The frustration ranges from moderate to huge depending on client expectations, deadlines, how much I might've lost, etc.

Where would be the best place to report the below? It's the details from the crash... I think. I copied it from the pop-up dialogue.

ps. please keep in mind that it's happening on a fresh install (just two weeks ago) and happened before that too. Windows 7 64-bit, 8GB RAM and good quality hardware inside.
