Fonts

I have CorelDraw 11 and on the CD there is a Folder called Extra Fonts so I copyed it to my Descktop.

If I open the Extra Fonts Folder I see a fue Folders one says MULTLING and if I go into it it has a list of what I think must be the Fonts and they all end in   . TTF

Now if I go into the other Folder I see a list of Fonts called SYMBOLS and they all end in   TTF   or    FFM   or    PFB   or  AFM

What do I do with the Extra Fonts Folder and all the other Folders in it?
