I just thought users of CorelCAD might find it useful to know about DraftSight - a stripped-down version of Ares Commander, which is what CorelCAD is based upon.

It not only looks and feels like CorelCAD, but all the functions like print, export, etc, are there. Also the constrained orbit tool is included, so 3D is supported in view, and many functions can still be accessed manually. All the 2D functions are included.
However, 3D editing functions HAVE been removed, and there's no Corel support in it, so it's great to send clients and friends who want to see and perhaps print out your designs, but it's completely impossible to create any useful 3D functions with it, so you'll still need CorelCAD to do the design work in the first place...
But as a viewer and 2D cad package? The stripped down version is pretty good, and they are releasing updates for it also.
