A friend of mine has CorelDRAW X5 installed on 4 different PCs, under Win7 64 bit. In one of the PCs, the Hotkey(F7) of CorelCAPTUREdoes not work, especially when he tries to take screenshots from Photoshop CS6-Advanced.
In 3 of these PCs, CorelCAPTURE X5 works correctly except one of them (ASUS - P8BLE 75-M). Even with PS-CS6 closed (or any other application) he can not activate the default Hotkey (F7), even substitute a different combination. Image below shows current condition.
Any suggestions how to solve this inconvenience?
