64 bit X6 plus 32 bit X6 ? ?

Hi Everybody,
I'm using the 32 bit version of PhotoPaint X6. It's working very well.
However, I would like to try out the 64 bit version to see if it runs
any faster and/or can handle larger files.
Will there be any problems if both the 32 bit version and the 64 bit
version is installed.

PS: Further questions,
1 I down loaded .net Framework 4.5 but I can't find it with a search of
the entire computer. Does it go by any other name or did Microsoft send a
false indicator that it was down loaded and installed.
2. Is the .net Framework needed for the 64 bit version of the Corel Draw 64
bit suite.
