I need a little help with finding some "tool"

Hi i need a little help. I cant remember but i think it was corel draw x3 verson. I was using it cca 4 years aggo. And there was some option with background. I cant remember what tool option it was, but it was something like that, that you just choose "brush" and you were able to choose background "theme". I remember that there you were able to choose ("forrest, ducks" aso...)  Now im using x6 version, but i cant remember where to find that option.

I have steel one picture, I made with correl. Just to show you how was it look,  that "background theme".

Im just looking for that backgroundd threes, not the water reflection. And i remember that you were able to choose more background themes, not only threes.
