Can't install Corel Draw x6.4..

Hey guys,

for university i bought the studentsversion of corel draws graphics suite x6 about a year ago. After some problems with my notebook repaired, I now want to install the latest update (x6.4) but after installing x6.1 over and over again it tells me that they couldn't check my memberstatus so I won't be able to update later versions.

Can somebody please help me?

I have registered my version of CorelDraw x6 correctly so I don't know where the fault is.
