How to get lines to go where I want them to.

Hi Folks

I do technical drawing based on the English system of measurement, that I need to be accurate down to the 3rd decimal place. If I'm drawing a horizontal straight line I typically line the cursor up close to the position I want but it typically misses exactly where I need it and then I have to go up to the X,Y position and adjust the line manually. For example if I want a line at x1 , y1 and then go to x5, y1 I might actually end up with a line at x1. y1.003 / x5, y1.003 is there some one to tell corel that I want the at y1.000 so I don't have to go in an do it manually each time?
