We've been getting quite a lot of crashes recently, especially on more complex jobs. Infuriatingly, the crashes most often happen during the process of saving. We always check the autobackup folder (which we've set manually in the Tools > Options > Workspace > Save section for easy access.) It's set to Auto-Backup every 10 minutes, but I am not convinced it does anything at all. As a test, i've opened a file, made a few modifications and left it on screen for about 20mins. My Autobackup folder is still completely empty.
I have the latest version of CorelDraw X6 with all service packs and hotfixes installed. If CorelDraw was more stable this wouldn't be such an issue, but as it crashes so often Autobackup is crucial.
In the past, at least the CARM thing would pop up and hold out a bit of hope, but that is now greyed out in the options for some reason. Anyone got any ideas? We are losing a hell of a lot of work at the moment.
