Corel needs to learn customer service.

I recently saw a message on my computer saying I have a pirated copy of Corel Graphics suite x5.  The problem is I purchased it 3 years ago at Staples. I was able to get Staples to give me all the info for the purchase, like price, date, transaction number, store location, etc.  Their customer service was great!  Corel's service has been nothing but rude and treating me like a crook because I done have the receipt in hand.  Staples told me they could only give me a second receipt if the purchase was less than 2 years ago, which it was not.  So I am not sure how someone else registered using my Serial Number but now Corel wants me to pay again (more money than I paid at Staples, BTW) and has locked me into the view only mode.  I have received several emails from Tech Support but none that I would call helpful or even label as technical or support!  I love the Graphics suite and probably would have upgraded to X6, but now I am thinking maybe Adobe or Autodesk will get my money from now on.
