Resize and image(s)

Hello

I have an image that I imported was (600 x 400) Pixels, I made it smaller using (Pick tool) to be (100 x 67) Pixels, the question is, how can I make it to (100 x 67) Pixels while saving?

p.s. I have 40 images to do that!
