Very frequently, users post a problem that is specifically related to either CorelDraw or Photopaint, but they post it in the "CorelDraw Suite" category instead of the proper subcat. In many cases they then do not make it clear which program they are actually using.
Suggested solution:
a) Amend the structure, something like :
Creative Graphics products
- CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6
- CorelDRAW X6
- Corel PHOTO-PAINT X6
- Corel CONNECT X6
- Corel Website Creator X6
- X6 suite, ie posts involving more than one X6 product
- CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X5
- CorelDRAW X5
- Corel PHOTO-PAINT X5
- Corel CONNECT X5
- CorelDRAW Premium Suite X5
- X5 suite, ie posts involving more than one X5 product
The new subcat should always be the last in the list.
b) Disable new posting in "suite" parent categories
Each of the "suite" parent categories should be made "posting disabled" so that new threads can only be posted in one of its subcats (but users should continue to be able to read and reply to existing threads).
I'm sure this will help to direct users to the correct sub-forum so they can be better understood, instead of posting product-specific questions in the "suite" parent.
