Corel X6 license problem

     I have (bought) a Corel License Certificate (from Corel Germany - Software number: LCCDGSX6MLA) but it looks that the License key is not valid. I claimed that to the trader through I bought the licence but that happened more then a week before and I do  not have my problem solved.

     To whom should I address in order to solve the problem?

     P.S. I can attach the License Certificate if a Corel representative requests it...
