most efficient way to design this

what is the most efficient way of creating this particular sun light effect without having to use the bezier tool to draw the lines first

so pls what im asking is , is there a way to make these perspective slanting lines without employing bezier tool and tracing round the lines or what do you call them

pls im just a learner so a simple answer will suffice
