Disgusted by Corel's response

I have had an an error, installation unsuccessful, please reinstall (error 1) come up this morning when running X4 Draw or Paint, that I purchased directly from Corel.

I have followed all the instructions and fixes I can find from this site, none of which work. Protexis is running as a service and it is a genuine key from Corel.

Corel have refused any help or support. Considering that I have been a Corel user since V1, that stinks. I lose 15 years of CDR files that I will need to recreate in other programs.

They provide help for new customers and sales support so they can become richer but loyal, long term user's can go ***** themselves.

I could upgrade to X6 and fix the problem but it's not more than a year or two since I upgraded to X4. Also, if this is the service I can expect in future, I'd rather not deal with Corel.

If anyone from Corel reads this, I hope you can put yourself in my position and ask if you wouldn't feel just bit shafted???.
