Horrible Customer Service for long time customers....

I am just so fed up with corel technical support , actually it's beyond imagination...,

I have been straggling obtaining access to the new updates that just showed up recently for corel x6,

my software had been purchased legitimately I registered as it was installed , I ran the first update and all worked great, now I am unable to make any further updates...

I have contacted corel support I have support access number which verifies my account with corel,

I spoke with a tech on the phone who recommended dealing with the issue on line, I have submitted my problem on line I have received an e-mail from technical support that my case is being looked at further I have received an e-mail from them regarding the assistance , they were unable to help me, they sent another e-mail that my case require a "Second Level Technical Support lol"  and that I would be contacted shortly... well that e-mail upon my further assistance request took place and time LAST YEAR !!! lol,

I mean this is ridiculous and beyond believe.... I have been corel customer since version 3!!!!

and this is how I'm being treated...

 

This is the e-mail copy ,

COMPLEXITY OF MY QUESTION ???? what is so complex that you don't understand ????

I AM UNABLE TO UPDATE MY SOFTWARE !!!! FIX THIS !!!!


wait, maybe I need LEVEL 3 TECHNICIAN to help me do my updates lol.....


Very disappointed , what do I do next ?
