Trouble Loading X6 UpGrade On My Laptop

I purchased the hard copy of X6 with the disk and book.

I Ioaded the program onto my desktop computer running Windows XP Pro with no problem.

I loaded the program onto my wifes laptop computer running Windows 7 with no problem.

But when I tried loading the program onto my laptop it would only go soo far and then just stops.

The program gets as far as "Initializing the setup" and that's as far as it gets.

Anyone have any ideas??

I've tried loading it about 5 different times with no luck.
